After I read the recent information on surcharging on credit card purchases I was more confused than when the GST first was suggested. Whatever the
Reserve Bank hopes to achieve from these new Bank regulations I cannot foresee
them benefiting the holders of credit cards - more like a case of in one
hand and out the other.
It will certainly be a toss up as to whether card holders use their cards and if they do no doubt they will wave more of their hard earned dollars goodbye.
